Job Description
A top international law firm is looking for a dedicated, energetic, team-focused lawyer who is interested in joining our global team of Banking and Finance lawyers in Toronto. This individual should have the following qualifications.
- 3-5 years of experience in Banking & Finance Law
- Licensed to practice in Ontario
- Willing to work hybrid or fully in the office
- Open to high billable target
Experience in any of the following areas is preferred:
- general commercial lending
- secured and unsecured financing
- financial restructurings
- acquisition financings
- cross-border transactions
- asset-based lending
