Job Description

Seeking an attorney experienced in general business and finance transaction law. Prefer candidates with experience in general commercial transactions, such as acquisitions, entity formation, finance and bankruptcy transactions, real estate, and general business legal guidance.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Draft purchase and sale agreements
• Perform due diligence
• Draft loan documents and similar banking transactions
• Draft real estate transaction documents
• Form limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations
• General business counseling and advisory services
• Process and advise on routine bankruptcy transactions and collection work
• Work with an experienced supervising attorney
• Participate in community and client engagement activities to help grow the firm's client base

Ideal candidate would possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, capable of working both independently and under the direction of senior attorneys, enjoy processing routine legal matters at a rapid pace, and be up for professional challenges provided by professionally complex legal matters.
