Job Description

I'm seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team at a community bank in Santa Barbara County, California. The culture at this bank is unmatched!! Their people and their customers are #1!

The CFO is responsible for directing and overeseeing all financial activities of the bank including preparation of internal and external financial reports as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and economic outlook. The CFO also manages the bank's finances by observing the current capital structure and develops long-term financial goals. This role is integral in driving the success of the bank by developing strategic and profitable financial plans!

Essential duties:

  • Strategic planning
  • Financial planning and reporting
  • Financial governance and operations
  • Direct oversight and leadership of the finance team

Qualificaitons:

  • 10+ years of financial and accounting experience in the banking industry
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regs specific to banking
  • Experience with the research methodologies applicable to the analysis of bank policies and procedures.
