Job Description

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the day-to-day operational activities of the Bank under the direction of the President/CEO.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and work with management to ensure all operations are effectively integrated.
  • Development, prioritization and implementation of strategies to accommodate current and future organizational plans.
  • Ensures compliance with Bank policies, procedures and processes.
  • Works closely with the Bank's Information Technology manager to ensure the integrity and availability of information at all levels.
  • Keep abreast with current industry trends.
  • Identify, track and mitigate operational risks.
  • Review and guide key vendor relationships for strategic success and profitability.

Must Haves:

  • Previous experience in an operational leadership role with project management.
  • Proven ability to plan and accomplish goals, while leading multiple departments.
  • Extensive knowledge of the various operational areas of the bank.
  • Ability to adopt and lead change initiatives.
  • Ability to work with the President/CEO, Board of Directors, shareholders and Bank management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Bank Management.
  • 4 year degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
  • Advanced studies in Finance/Accounting/Business Management. (Preferred not required)
  • Additional training via the Graduate School of Banking/IBA. (Preferred not required)
