JOB SUMMARY


The Clinical Manager accepts 24-hour responsibility for oversight of all client care
services and personnel. Responsibilities include supervision of field staff; ongoing
monitoring of the continuous quality improvement process; ongoing implementation of
policies, procedures, and regulations; orientation and education of employees for
continuous professional growth. The person in this position is also accountable for
recruitment and retention of field staff, marketing and fiscal management

QUALIFICATIONS


A. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN or equivalent preferred.
Licensed as an RN without restrictions in state(s) of practice.
B. Must have and maintain current CPR certification
C. Minimum of two yeasr clinical experience in home health with one year
supervisory experience as a RN. Minimum of two years pediatric experience and
one year of supervisory experience preferred. Continued participation in further
personal and professional growth.
D. Must be capable of independent operation of general office equipment including
computer and related tools, facsimile machine, telephone, copier, etc.
E. Basic computer skills a must.
F. Must communicate well both orally and in writing in English.
