Comp ranging from $80,000 to $125,000 WITH a $5k-$10k sign on bonus!

Escrow officers with a book of business can expect the high side of the range of pay and bonus.

Commission of 5-15% for each file

The IDEAL candidate will be:

  • Escrow Officer with a minimum of five years experience in the officer role
  • MUST bring a Book of Business- $500,000
  • Texas licensed with Department of Insurance
  • Responsible for client relationships as well as oversee the production of settlement statement
  • Have attention to detail
  • Will close and fund transactions
  • Create packets, balance files, and cut checks
  • Open to close escrow files
  • Work with the Escrow Assistant open to close
  • Work with multiple underwriters for quick turnaround
  • Knowledge of processing to escrow will present a team lead opportunity
