Commercial Lines Account Executive in Woodland HIlls at GPAC

Job Description

Position Summary: The Commercial Account Executive provides Risk Management Consulting and Account Management services to assigned commercial lines accounts. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual as well as team leader. The Account Executive provides, maintains and, as needed, improves customer service and builds professional relationships with multiple customer contacts.

• Manage the account life cycle: pre-renewal, renewal, post renewal, stewardship and visiting client as needed.
• Manage Policy Administration: Checking policies, review and audit policies for compliance with internal procedures and in accordance with binders' specification, coverage analysis, and checking endorsements and due diligence review for clients.
• Manage receipt, review and forward invoices, policies, endorsements and other documents as necessary
• Prepare written correspondence, reports and analysis as needed and document all correspondence by attaching it into EPIC
• Work with and assist clients on aged receivables, and accounting department in the reconciliation of client accounts
• Evaluate existing coverages and make recommendations as needed. Present quotes to clients including recommendations for enhancing the insurance program.
• Round out accounts as opportunities arise. Perform client risk management analysis by researching exposure and coverage issues.
• Lead the team assigned to you, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
