A Top Roofing Company in Florida is looking to add a Commercial Roofing Service Manager to their team. This stable and growing company offers their clients top level services. Due to recent growth in the company, there is an opportunity for a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join a team of highly motivated staff.

Commercial Roofing Service Manager Functions:

• Marketing and developing service
• Scheduling and supervising crews
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating, proposing and selling repair work
• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
• Responsible for management/growth of service department

Commercial Roofing Service Manager Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience in general roofing or roofing sales
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills

Commercial Roofing Service Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience
