A leading urban residential and commercial community developer in the Seattle Area is looking to immediately hire a Community Association Manager. The Community Association Manager provides management, direction and leadership to ensure the buildings are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and standards. They will enforce compliance with the rules and regulations relative to the operation, use and occupancy of the property and must maintain a cordial and professional relationship with owners, residents, contractors, vendors and employees. Work may require a flexible schedule in order to meet the needs of the communities and development team and can be on-call 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, to supervise operational issues and emergencies. CMCA certification (or the ability to obtain CMCA), strong management, customer service and time-management skills are required.
