Estimator Functions:

• Design build proficiency
• Commercial construction
• Industry-related projects such as healthcare, office, retail, multifamily, and education

Estimator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or like studies required
• High level of motivation, initiative, personality
• 4-10 years Estimating experience required, candidates with more experience may apply.
• Project management experience preferred
