HOW THEY WOULD SPEND YOUR TIME AS A CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR

  • The Construction Administrator helps meet our operations accounting for each project within a given silo and verifies that liability insurance is in place and correct.
  • This person reviews accounting changes with Project Managers and assures all project documentation is processed on time and accurately.
  • The Construction administrator tracks and confirms all contracts with both the owners and the subcontractors and is also responsible for verifying, tracking and keeping up to date on all certifications/trainings within the team.

WHAT A CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR NEEDS TO JOIN THE TEAM

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and love working in collaborative environment
  • You work as a team member to do what it takes to meet each and every client deliverable. We have a "Do what it takes" culture.
  • You multi-task, prioritize, and "Make It Happen" with projects going on each week.
  • You are accurate and manage numerous fronts simultaneously.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Construction Software (Prolog, Procore)
  • We require background checks.
