Immediate need for an experienced Project Manager that is local to the Portland area now! Searching for the person that has a proven track record but is looking at finding a better culture fit that gives back.


Requirements:

7yrs minimum commercial construction experience
B.S. in Construction Management OR related degree
Ability to manage critical issues in a timely manner
Comfortable handling: RFI'S, Submittals, document control,team meetings
Strong Cross-communication skills i.e. (Supt, Subs, APMs, Clients, etc)
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Support Project/Team throughout construction and closeout
Proficient in project management software
Can handle running projects up to $30m
