  • Experience:

  • Experience with programming Building Automation Systems, Direct Digital Control (DDC) code creation, and modification including: trend logs, alarms, reports, back-ups, and graphics.
  • Programming experience and proficiency with Niagara based controls.
  • Commercial HVAC and/or Mechanical Systems knowledge.
  • Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits.
  • Willingness to learn new HVAC control lines, software and concepts.
  • Experience in block or line programming.
  • High school diploma or higher from an accredited institution OR equivalent industry experience.
  • MS Office, Web and Cloud savvy.
  • Experience in computer networking and wireless protocols is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Well groomed, neat appearance.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with ability to drive and operate a vehicle as required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, update, review and maintain company BAS programming standards.
  • Review and update control programs and operator interfaces for existing sites.
  • Develop control programs and operator interfaces for new projects.
  • Troubleshoot component and equipment problems through software programs and handheld devices.
  • Create, modify, and interpret sequence of operations for various BAS components.
  • Provide consistent and clear communication with internal and external customers.
