Job Description

Seeking a business transactional attorney with 3-6 years of experience for one of our client's Philadelphia offices. Responsible for drafting agreements (contracts, business formation, employment, demand letters, etc.) and filing corporate documents. Must have the ability to negotiate contractual arrangements on behalf of the client.
