Job Description

An independent and privately/locally owned agency is looking for high-quality individuals and experienced Employee Benefits Relationship Managers to boost growth! While young, the agency comprised of industry veterans already enjoys a great deal of success.

The philosophy is to "Empower Good People to Make Good Decisions." As such, it's a flexible, casual atmosphere focused more on your performance than punching a clock. In the account manager position, if you bring in, accounts you will receive payment similar to a producer.

Duties include assisting the producer with strategic decisions on accounts, carrier relations, and negotiations, client interaction, delegating duties to other staff, and all else as needed.

Requirements:

-Active Life, Health, and Accident License

-8+ Years in an Employee Benefits Service Role

-Reliable transportation
