Job Description

Top firm in Pennsylvania seeks talented labor and employment attorney to join their busy practice. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a plaintiff's employment attorney.

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Significant experience in taking and defending depositions
  • Proven ability to prioritize litigation workload and manage time
  • The ability to develop litigation strategy and manage 20+ cases
  • Trial/arbitration experience preferred
  • JD from accredited law school

Also, preferred candidates will have experience in wrongful termination, employment discrimination, PAGA claims, and wage and hour cases.
