We are partnered with a leading steel pipe manufacturer in Pennsylvania who is looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to join their team. This well respected company has been serving the pipeline industry for 50 years.

AISC Certified Steel Fabrication: Fabricates complex steel structures, piling, wale systems, tie back systems, soundwalls, retaining walls, railing systems and other marine applications.

Pipeline Products: Distributes a full line of quality pipeline products produced by industry-leading energy services manufacturers. They ship pipeline products to customers throughout North America.

Plant Engineering Manager

Job Description:

  • Developing detailed plans for new designs and products
  • Making determinations for equipment, staff and training needs
  • Proposing project and program budgets
  • Hiring and supervising staff
  • Leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products and processes.
  • Checking their team's work for technical accuracy
  • Ensuring the validity of methods used by staff
  • Coordinating work with other managers and staff

Minimum Qulaifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering
  • Heavy steel background
  • Strong manufacturing background
  • Experience with capital equipment and machine design
  • Experince managing projects/people

This position will be in a heavy industrial setting!
