Job Description

Looking for a Financial Advisor to recommend and implement financial planning strategies for clients to use to achieve their financial goals and objectives.


  • Act as a trusted advisor to, and advocates for, clients and prospects.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of client's needs, preferences and overall wealth.
  • Be responsive to changes in the business environment or client needs.
  • Build and maintain client base and acquire new clients on an on-going basis.
  • Regularly analyze clients' accounts and plans.
  • Monitor market trends and research available investment opportunities to determine suitability or best interest for clients' financial plans.
  • Maintain required individual insurance and securities licenses, including continuing education requirements.
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable to laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.


  • Strong sales initiative that drives results in initiating, developing and securing relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, as well as good analytical, verbal, mathematical and written communication skills.
  • Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 licenses required.
  • Strong business development and cross servicing skills.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
