A highly respected and progress Ag operation is looking to hire a Grain Superintendent to oversee a location in the region. This company is offering a competitive salary and full benefit package, along with a great team already in place.

Grain Superintendent Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
  • Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments of grain; understand logistics and delivery
  • Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility

Grain Superintendent Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in elevator management preferred
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and able to meet on-time demands
  • Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
  • Mechanical abilities a plus
