Expectations:

-Advise leadership on best practices concerning Employee Benefits Insurance

-Assist in interviewing, training, and managing Employee Benefits service staff

-Establish and maintain with Carriers and other applicable markets

-Work with the producer to strategize best programs for client needs

Qualifications:

-10+ Years of Employee Benefits Insurance Account Management

-Experienced delegating responsibilities to internal staff

-Life, Health, and Accident License
