Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Benefit administration. Assist in managing employee benefits such as health insurance, 401k, worker's compensation, etc.
  • Event planning. Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Payroll administration. Assist in payroll calculation, processing, and submission.
  • Workforce management. Assist in new employee orientation, workforce planning, employee engagement analysis, employment separation process etc.
  • All other duties and special projects, as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Analytical, logical, inquisitive and result-driven
  • Motivated and ambitious in their career
  • Ethical and responsible
  • Fun to be with. We are looking for someone who has a good sense of humor, is optimistic, and enjoys laughing.
