HVAC Job Description

-Primarily involves servicing centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers.
-Working and broad knowledge with commercial/industrial HVAC/R systems
-Communicating effectively with clients/customers, troubleshooting the cause and solutions to a problem.
-Following troubleshooting guides to identify problems in a short period of time
-Checking system operations initially and before leaving job locations
-Promptly and accurately completing all required paperwork
-Keeping supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaints


-Experience with package units, chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, refrigeration, and controls.
-Certified EPA Universal
-Minimum of 5 years experience with commercial systems
-Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
-Able to access rooftop units and work at heights and in some cases tight/enclosed spaces
