Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead project teams for commercial and industrial mechanical, HVAC, Piping, and Plumbing related projects.. You will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation and establish project objectives, completion milestones, procedures, and performance standards.

Duties include project management on all aspects of commercial projects. Supervision of field personnel, scheduling, purchasing, General Contractors interactions and processing of all project paperwork to include billing, change orders, subcontracts, and more. Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar is a preferred
  • 10+ years of experience managing project $10 Million+ for reputable Mechanical contractors will be strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft Project, Scheduling
  • Strong work ethic, team player with strong attention to details and ability to work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Project Team to ensure job drawings and change orders are up to date
  • Manage financial aspects of the contract, including but not limited to: financial forecasting, manpower forecasting, job cost tracking, preparing monthly billings, etc.
  • Work with Purchasing Department on all equipment and material buyout
  • Manage financial aspects of the contract, including but not limited to: financial forecasting, manpower forecasting, job cost tracking, preparing monthly billings, etc.
  • Monitor client changes and advises the estimating team of all changes in scope during the estimated period
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, win additional work
