Currently looking for an experienced loan officer who wants to step into a more leadership focused role, while still having the ability to lend. As a Producing Branch Manager you would be the face of this location, be out/active in the surrounding communities, and would run the branch as if it was your own. This is not a typical Branch Manager position, as you will still be expected to be active outside of the branch in an effort to build a book of business.

Loan officers recieve $3,000 on every 1 Million closed, as well as an additional 7-12% yearend performance bonus.

If you have the ability to motivate a team, run a branch location, while also prosepcting new ag business...This opportunity can be extremely lucrative.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading all bank-related activities within and around the community, including sales and service leadership, expense and credit control management, community involvement, and meeting financial and compliance standards.
  • Develop and oversee the plan, budget, and sales strategy for the branch market in an effort to meet the overall objectives of the company.
  • Contribute a community banking strategic viewpoint in the company decision -making process.
  • Supervise and coach the performance of branch employees.
  • Ensure bank regulations and company procedures are adhered to by all members of the bank team.
  • Perform direct lending to bank customers with an emphasis on the commercial and/or agricultural market.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in related field of study.
  • Ability to Relocate within 15-20 miles of branch location.
  • 5+ years of experience within a community banking setting.
  • 5+ years of agriculture/commercial lending experience.
  • Previous management experience required.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, origination, and underwriting.
