The Maintenance Manager position is a vital part a team that works hard to not only meet high expectations, but to also exceed our client's goals as well. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of the maintenance of the plant, with specific focus on mechanical, electrical, and ground functions
  • Formulate and recommend maintenance policies and programs that guide the plant in maintaining the profitability of the operation
  • Scheduling and managing all outages, shutdowns, plant needs, weekly preventative maintenance.
  • Establishes and manages a computerized maintenance management system for tracking orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance history of plant equipment
  • Recruit, supervise, coach, mentor, train, and develop maintenance employees creating collaborative and engaged teams
  • Oversee contracts with service providers to maintain outsourced plant functions

Required Experience:

  • Previous refinery, manufacturing, and/or industrial experience
  • Previous leadership experience supporting a successful team
  • Previous experience initiating, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing plant maintenance program and procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of Process Safety Management and Continuous Improvement methods
