  • Supervise maintenance requirements in all departments.
  • Enforce all Plant rules and regulations.
  • The company liaison to production and outside vendors.
  • Apply ISO and SQF principles and techniques effectively.



  • Work within the AVP/Epicor computer system if required
  • Attend the plant scheduling meetings if required
  • Must have the ability to do all necessary paperwork related to keeping maintenance records on all production equipment
  • Measure, track and document preventative maintenance in order to keep production equipment in running order. Measure, track and document all infrastructure maintenance
  • Work to find maintenance materials at the best price and quality
  • Take disciplinary action when issues of safety, quality, production are not met
  • Must understand the facilities production communication and work closely with department managers and the plant manager
  • Must understand and use the facilities work order system and able to prioritize maintenance work based on importance to production and quality.
  • Provide basic instruction to department leads regarding simple repair work
  • Licensed to operate specific equipment (manlift, forklift)
  • To confidently make maintenance decisions based on the information provided
  • Maintain maintenance office and parts rooms in a clean and organized manner
  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Plant Manager
  • Be an active member of the Plant Safety Team
