Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Agriculture Loan Officer with a proven track record in sales/prospecting business. This is a straight business development role with management responsibilities. You're not competing with local bankers on price, but rather in service. My client does not tie up land or equipment in their loans, as the only collateral looked at is "this year's crop". My client takes a very hands on approach with each customer, and provides an incredibly lucrative opportunity for the right person.

Greater experience is welcome, and will qualify for greater compensation.

• 7+ years of Agriculture lending/sales experience.
• Proven track record of being able to produce and development new business.
• Knowledge of how to underwrite a loan would been as a major plus.
• Ties to the surrounding area is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Agriculture background.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 4 year degree in related field preferred, but not required.
