Operations Manager

  • Understand the functions of the Deposit Operations department
  • Work with Lenders/Underwriters/Analysts to ensure clients transactions are completed accurately and smoothly
  • Assist with coordination, implementation, and training of new technology to support bank operations.
  • Manage direct reports
  • Maintain vendor management review/maintenance
  • Review, maintain, and communicate all Deposit Operations
  • Must comply with BSA/AML


Experience: 5+ years of traditional banking experience with commercial, corporate or business.

Compliance/audit background is a plus

Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in business or finance
