   Due to pending retirement and current lender role need, this client company seeks to add a proven, Ag and Commercial Lender with a desire to be groomed for the future Bank Presidential role. The ideal candidate will have a desire to work in and out of the brick and mortar facility. An existing portfolio awaits as well as portfolio growth opportunity. This bank group is progressive and growth focused, stockholder-owned and operated, and busy.

   The current President introduce you to current customers, and will includ you in pertinent meetings including board, vendors, employee relations, key client appointments, and community events over a 2 year or less period. Simultaneously, you will also build and maintain your personal Commercial portfolio and create your own relationships in your community while creating a strategy to help your bank get to the next level in all aspects of the business as you take over the healm.

  • Minimum 10 years lending experience or examining
  • 15 years in banking: all round including operations understanding
  • Vendor management
  • Personality and desire for management
  • Excellent Credit analysis skills
  • Ability to grow the bank in all areas for an impactful customer and employee experience!
  • Professional, trustworthy ethics
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred, but longevity in banking experience considered
  • SBA knowledge helpful
