Job Description

Position: Process Tech

The Process Tech will assist Production Engineers and all members of the production team to make sure daily production and product schedules are met. 

Job Description:

  • Establish and maintain all process parameters.
  • Establish and maintain process requirements for new tryouts.
  • Develop and implement training / upgrade schedule for technicians.
  • Establish and maintain technical information and support between production facilities.
  • Develop and maintain customer / supplier quality and material requirements for current and tryout processes.
  • Set-up and implement extended tryout processes.
  • Assist in new fixture and tooling implementation.
  • Work closely with Process Engineer.
  • Complete assigned paperwork as appropriate.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Technical degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a similar setting

  • Comfortable working and communicating with coworkers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the products and processes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt
  • Clear ability to make appropriate judgement
  • Possess basic math skills.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions.
  • Ability to write and complete required paperwork.
