An award-winning, client-oriented design practice is seeking a mid-level Project Architect to join their growing office in Cleveland/Akron! Qualified candidates are dedicated to the process of design development, are self-motivated, and are seeking a highly collaborative work environment with pathways to leadership. The ideal candidate has:

  • Architectural Degree from an accredited architectural school
  • 3-10 years of professional experience
  • Architectural license preferred
  • Proven project management skills
  • Eye for detail/ability to produce high quality design/construction documents
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Photoshop, any/all software
  • Passion, motivation, drive for continuous improvement

Work will include:

  • Coordination with other disciplines within the firm as well as outside, including civil engineers, urban planners, subcontractors, etc.
  • Working with Principals and Project Managers to schedule projects, determine fees, and write proposals
  • Projects ranging from corporate, commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, transit, retail
  • Development of new and existing client relationships
  • Producing design documents, bid documents, proposals
  • Involvement in all phases of projects
