An exceptional opportunity for a Registered Architect with 10+ years of experience and demonstrated project leadership qualities, to become an integral part of my client's continued corporate expansion. Responsibilities will focus on their educational program that includes K12 and Higher Education facilities across the state of Texas. Recognized for our high level of service and responsive design solutions, the position requires a quality-minded perspective with a goal of personal and project team success.

Responsibilities and Qualifications will include:

  • Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support, positive, long-term relationships.
  • Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
  • Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining fiscal oversight to achieve profitability and financial goals of the firm.
  • Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
  • Participate with Firm's Principals in on-going planning and management of the corporate educational program.
  • Represent the Firm in related association programs and initiatives.
  • Candidate should have experience and proficiency with Revit/Sketchup, Adobe Suite, and Office Suite.

Requirements:

  • Architecture Degree
  • Proven background in design regarding education facility projects
  • Fine attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and energetic personality
