Job Description

Reporting directly to the VP of Pre-Constructions Operations and/or his designee,

Lead and evaluate projects and staff, including development and control of project deadlines, budgets and activities. ▪ Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. ▪ Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure coordinated deliverables. ▪ Manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risk and with competing project initiatives

Review and assess vendor proposals. ▪ Manage multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques. ▪ Set up projects in the PE system. ▪ Establish PE fabrication schedules and objectives. ▪ Coordinate subcontractors. ▪ Communicate progress towards production, financial, quality and safety goals to internal and external stakeholders. ▪ Negotiate change orders. ▪ Establish and maintain customer relationships. ▪ Oversee process improvements in projects that are likely to have few precedents and may have an enterprise-wide impact. ▪ Monitor/manage vendors and vendor relationships. ▪ May prepare, present, distribute project and program information to various groups, both internal and external to the organization. ▪ Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability.
