About the Opportunity:

We recently partnered with this PHENOMENAL family-owned construction company that's looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to help offset their increased workload. Responsibilities:

  • Project manager will create and maintain strong relationships with all project affiliates, identify and address issues during preconstruction phase
  • Develop comprehensive project strategy and benchmarks including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, inspections and more
  • Project manager will oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
  • Work in partnership with assistant PM's to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule for project participants
  • Project manager must maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project
  • Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 year's experience in project management role
  • B.S. in Construction Management (some related role) or related field from an ABET accredited curriculum
  • Must have experience working on commercial and/or residential projects
  • Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of project
  • Proven track record of meeting project budgets and deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
