Job Description

A firm in Philadelphia is seeking an associate attorney to join their Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Landlord-Tenant law. This is a great opportunity to serve as lead counsel, work directly with clients, and manage a team of junior associates and legal staff, led by the Litigation Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.

The ideal candidate very outgoing; a self-starter; a multitasker; have exceptional organizational skills and be particularly attentive to small details.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Superior academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice law in PA (required)
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in real estate litigation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
