My client community bank has a well-established presence in the region and been around for over 100 years. They are able to provide a variety of business loan products to their clients in the region including: commercial real estate, C+I, and agricultural loans.

Job Description:

- Building and overseeing a team of commercial lenders and commercial relationship managers in the region
- Promoting business growth within the region
- Coaching and development of team members
- Assist members in developing large client business
- Highly knowledgeable of the CRE, C+I, and/or Ag markets within the area
- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with businesses in the region
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to senior management about potential new business and growth forecasts
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory banking requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relative field
- 5+ years in business banking and/or banking management
- Strong sales experience in a bank setting
- Leadership experience including recruiting, training, and coaching
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills
