What Does It Take to Be Qualified?

• Bachelors in Landscape Architecture preferred
• At least 5 years of design/build experience, and at least one year in the field working with residential clients
• A background in sales
• Knowledge of landscape installation and plant material with familiarity with industry products and vendors
• The ability to lead a team with excellent customer service and communication skills

What Can You Expect in Your Role?

• Driving the division through revenue and production leadership
• Managing design development, contract documents, cost estimates, and client relations while participating in business development
• Five direct reports with a team of crew members
• Partnerships with some of the top builders and construction companies in the area
