Are you a top sales leader looking to advance? My client is rapidly growing and looking to bring on an additional Residential Roofing Sales Manager in North Florida. We will relocate the RIGHT person. We are looking for managers who are passionate about success and customer service, enjoy coaching and training and who thrive on achieving team results.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of experience in home sales expereicne (roofing, doors,windows, siding)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills

About Your Manager

You will be working directly with the owner of the company, an individual who is committed to your success. She/he is responsible for your training and ongoing development. She/he is not a micro-manager; she/he expects that you will work independently on your own but is always available to provide backup and support when needed.

Sales Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Devote over half your time in the field with sales consultants observing and coaching effective selling techniques
  • Coordinate meetings with each branch to measure growth and review goals and forecasts
  • Creating a team atmosphere while helping sales "people" develop into sales professionals"
  • Coach your sales team to develop effective and efficient sales methods and process
  • Drive process improvement, training, communication, and execution amongst the sales team to drive results and continuous improvement
  • Leverage available reporting tools and metrics to evaluate sales team performance and market response
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of our products and systems to effectively coach, influence and respond to sales team and customer inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and communication amongst other departments to resolve customer, process, or training issues with a common goal of improving the customer experience
  • Evaluating performance and providing appropriate coaching and training as necessary, including long-term training and development plans
  • Motivate your sales team to source new leads through networking, referrals, and after the sale marketing
  • Responding to escalated customer concerns/issues with the involvement of sales consultants and other departments
  • Influence team commitment to continually strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customers
  • Implementing training programs for sales associates to increase profitability
  • Effectively interacting with Branch Managers to accomplish projected goals and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction index
  • Assist with the development of local marketing tactics, sales forecasts, and budgeting
  • Achieve team sales goals by motivating sales consultants to support the fulfillment of branch objectives (customer satisfaction, market share growth, and profitability)
