Roofing Salesman

GPAC has just partnered with one of the most reputable Commercial Roofing companies looking to expand their sales team. They are currently looking for a talented and well-spoken Sales Rep in to fulfill their growing needs. The firm is a major player in the in the region.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years' experience in the commercial roofing construction
  • Drive sales, expand markets
  • Manage a diversity of projects
  • Meeting goals and deadlines on time and within budget
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Degree in construction management
  • Experience in re-roofing commercial roofing projects

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customers including property owners, adjusters and managers
  • Drive sales, high level analysis, sales projections, strategic thinking, expand and grow markets
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, have excellent follow up skills and work as a team member

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary plus commission
