Job Description

Glass construction company looking for an energetic, outgoing, dynamo who can close deals, engage the toughest clients, obtain new customers, be willing to visit customers, and be paid according to their superior results.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • May work from home as well as collaborate with the team to achieve better results.



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales executive.
  • A minimum of 7 years related experience and/or education and able to independently estimate jobs from 1 to 10 m.
  • Must be able to read architectural drawings and project specifications to compile a complete Scope of Work and Cost Estimate.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Working knowledge of commercial glass related products, and vendors, as well as hardware and other related products.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to: VA, MD, DC or WV
