We are excited that you are looking to partner with is! Our Senior Accountant position in the Dallas, Texas office may be just what you've been looking for. Responsibilities:

* Consolidation of financial data for annual/quarterly audited and unaudited statements financial statements.

* Prepare consolidation of Joint Ventures at proportionate percentages and record in annual and quarterly financial statements.

* Prepare Work in Process and other footnote support for annual and quarterly financial statements.

* Work with Manager of Corporate Taxation on tax reporting for annual and quarterly financial statements.

* Work with USHO Finance team on the preparation of annual district accounting instructions.

* Preparation of monthly close journal entries or review and approval of such journal entries.

* Preparation of post-closing financial statement journal entries in CaseWare for financial statements and general ledger.

* Reconciliation of district financial data to financial statements.

* Close E-1 general ledger on a monthly basis, prepare reconciliations of general ledger accounts and review integrity reports and clear items that need to be resolved.

* Working with Corporate Risk Management as necessary for preparing monthly journal entries and accruals for US Insurance reporting.

* Provide support for annual Government Contracting Rates based on annual financial statements.

* Preparation of monthly benefit management reports.

* Prepare/work with districts on 1099 reporting.

* Other duties as required. Qualifications:

* Accounting degree from an accredited institution of higher learning.

* CPA license or working towards license preferred.

* 5 years accounting experience in industry or public accounting.

* Strong Excel knowledge.

* Experience with Quickbooks and Desktop Enterprise
