Job Description

As a Senior Universal Banker you will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs. The role is responsible for providing an exceptional in-branch customer experience by handling every customer need including teller transactions, sales (consumer lending) and service. Utilizing a needs-based selling approach, this Universal Banker will provide solutions based on customer needs and how they like to conduct their banking. In addition this position will be responsible for referrals to the other lines of business to meet the customer's financial needs. The Universal Banker will work with the banking team in attaining banking center goals and constantly striving to improve the profitability of the banking center.


  • Ensure quality customer service, encouraging employee growth and development and achieving assigned metrics and goals
  • Develop long-term customer relationships with consumer and business clients while maintaining existing customer relationships
  • Open personal and business deposit accounts
  • Process loan requests
  • Cross-sell bank products and services
  • Process regular teller transactions in an efficient, friendly and accurate manner


  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, consumer lending and cash handling preferred
  • Leadership/management experience preferred
  • Require effective communication, customer relations, sales and service skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and self-motivation required
