Duties/Responsibilities

- Oversee all sign fabrication

- Lead welders, fabricators and shop personnel

- Efficiently operated and maintain of various shop equipment.

- Enters daily labor reporting/materials use as submitted by the supervisors.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for themselves and others.

- Profiecient in the fabrication of custom sign making principles and the ability to train others

- Ensure quality control each job during and upon completion.

Qualifications

Previous SIGN experince is REQUIRED

Previous experince in custom sign fabrication

Leadership background required

Welding Mig/Tig/Stick
