Job Description

An Arizona based construction company looking for a qualified Superintendent to join their team. This company invests in its team, providing a nourishing atmosphere where growth is promoted and compensation is top-notch. Applier must have a proven track record of excellent project management and project services.

Superintendent respondisbilities:

  • Daily on-site supervision of the construction site.
  • Develop and maintain an overall project schedule.
  • Review and provide feedback on scopes of work for vendor and subcontractor contracts.
  • Complete daily job reports.
  • Coordinate inspections.
  • Schedule pre-construction meetings with subcontractors to review the scope of work, submittals, schedule, and logistics.

Superintendent Qualifications:

  • Be able to create, change, and maintain a project schedule using Microsoft Project.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Possess problem-solving skills.
  • Be organized.
  • Be a self-motivated team player who works well with others.
  • Must possess excellent decision making/problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage and direct others.
