An established, reputable, General Contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to their team immediately.   • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lead Superintendent role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Must have experience leading ground up, industrial projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to manage and run projects $10M+
  • Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
  • Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
  • Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
