Job Description

A highly reputable boutique firm in Seattle is looking to expand their Estate Planning practice. Viable candidates will have experience with sophisticated estate planning, tax planning, and probate.

This is an Of Counsel or Partner opportunity and does require some portable business, but there is not a minimum. They are busy and have work to fill someone's book.

  • Minimum six years for relevant experience in trust and estate planning;
  • Experience assisting individuals and families who wish to establish and administer family offices or other similar structures;
  • Significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques;
  • Experience administering, decanting and modifying complex trusts and planning with respect to business interests, art and other special assets.

Candidates with strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills are encouraged to apply. An LL.M. in taxation is preferred.
