I just partnered with an industry leading, family owned UNION Asphalt Paving Company in the Los Angeles area seeking an Asphalt Paving Foreman who can consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that can exceed client expectations.   • Order and continually manage the materials needed
  • Manage the trucking necessary to cost effectively service the project
  • Direct responsibility over Foreman and laydown crew.
  • Work with crews, inspectors and subcontractors to complete projects
  • Produce quality asphalt product within specifications
  • Teach and develop employees
  • Communicate with project stakeholders


  • 5+ years of Supervisory experience in asphalt
  • Ability to read and understand plans, specifications and scopes of work is required
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
  • Exceptional people skills
