Job Description

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS: 1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Warehouse workers play a vital role in the success of our company, and ensure that customers receive excellent service through timely product delivery.

Essential Functions:

  • Willingness to learn and cross train for multi-functional operations as needed
  • Utilizing of shipping and receiving products including but not limited to: forklift, hand truck, and/or other transport designed methods including physical labor
  • Analyzes work orders and production schedules
  • Identifying information via count, weight or measurement for verification of bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and/or other records
  • Conduct audits, weights, and quality checks
  • Moving, storing, tracking, and locating inventory materials
  • Loads and unloads trucks and secures product
  • Identifying and selecting stock via written description, bar codes, tape measure and/or calipers
  • Securing shipments and confirm correct documentation and labeling of shipments
  • Maintaining a clean work environment following all safety procedures and regulations
  • Operation of a saw and drill press
  • Installs, adjusts, and repairs blow mold machines, trimmers, palletizers and other related equipment
  • Operates blow mold machines and equipment
  • Use of: PC, barcode scanners, saws, calipers, tape measures, skid
  • Provides feedback to plant leaders on employee performance and any issues/concerns


Qualifications and Skills

Education:Requires a high school education or its equivalent. Preferred 1-3 years experience.

Experience:Previous warehouse experience preferred.
