Here at Gpac, we have partnered with a wonderful organization who is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Residential Coordinator to join their team!

This position is located in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

The Residential Coordinator works with the management team to maintain quality services in accordance with the mission, policies, procedures, at the internal, local state and federal levels. This position will have overall responsibility for one licensed community residential home supporting one individual and supervision of staff. Will consider someone who is a registered behavioral technician. Bachelors degree is REQUIRED. Full time flexible hours essential. 40 hours per week exempt position, salaried including the possibility of at least 19.5 hours of direct care per week depending on the needs of the program


  • Responsible for daily operations and management of one group home ensuring compliance at both state and federal level.
  • Effectively communicate with all team members and work with team on implementing strategies and plans.
  • Ensure that appointments are kept, and documentation is available for medical team.
  • Participate in agency, ODP and any inspection or investigation.
  • Ensure that the rights of the individual are protected and that they are free from abuse, neglect and exploitation.
  • Providing and supervising activities for the individuals in accordance with the individual plans.
  • Hire, supervise, evaluate, and provide direct support to DSP’S.
  • Responsible for orientation and continued training compliance for staff.
  • Ensuring programs are implemented as written, documenting progress, change in needs and provide necessary training
  • Maintain financial record for household purchases in compliance with policy, procedure and regulations.


  • Depending on the needs of the individual the use of Professional Crisis Management techniques and holds may be required.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods of time or providing support through CPR/ First Aid.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least one year of residential experience working with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism is required.
  • Valid drivers license
  • High level of motivation, compassion, and personal integrity. Must have strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and implement strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of 6400 regulations and ODP requirements.
  • The ability to successfully complete Professional Crisis Management Training (PCM) if applicable
