Job Description

This bank is seeking both newer lenders and seasoned lenders with a credit background who can hit the ground running with a small portfolio and be one of the faces of the bank.


  • Process loans from beginning to disbursement with customer
  • Prepare documents for other departments as needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the bank's written policies and procedures
  • Perform duties and ensure actions are complying with bank regulations


  • DIRECT banking experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of business lending experience
  • Experience with CRE, C&I and SBA lending
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to do credit analysis/credit underwriting as needed
